YU Yunique 2 arrives with better specs, Truecaller integration
Micromax subsidiary YU has announced a new smartphone. Dubbed , it's the successor to , featuring a larger display, better camera, higher capacity battery, and Truecaller integration. The YU Yunique 2 is powered by MediaTek MT6737 SoC with quad-core 1.3GHz processor, and sports a 5-inch HD display. RAM is 2GB, while internal memory is 16GB (expandable by up to 64GB). The Yunique 2 features a 13MP rear camera and a 5MP front shooter. Measuring 145x72.7x9.15mm and weighing in at 159g, the phone runs Android Nougat (7.0) out of the box. A 2,500mAh battery sits under the hood. The device carries a price tag of INR 5,999 (around $93), and will go on sale in India starting July 27 (this Thursday). It'll be a Flipkart-exclusive and will be available in Champagne and Coal Black color options.
